Last month, the guys at TopGear.com released some images of the Shelby Supercars (SSC) Ultimate Aero II. The engineering team at SSC is working hard to beat the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport’s official landspeed world record for production cars, which stands at 267.81 mph.
Insiders say that the car is powered by a 6.8L V8 engine making 1,350-hp, which will allow the SSC Ultimate Aero II to go from 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 275 mph.
